Program Outline

Day 1: Team Discovery (inclusive of Lunch, 1 coffee/tea + snack* & BBQ Dinner) Arrive at Paya Beach Resort, Tioman Island by noon. We provide the multipurpose room with a coffee/tea + snack. You may arrange a meeting or group function a seminar for your group (own arrangement). Enjoy BBQ dinner by the beach at night. Singing and chatting with your team around a campfire, creating an ideal setting for bonding with each other.

Day 2: Developing Yourself (inclusive of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) Rise and shine to a guided snorkelling tour of Tioman Island vibrant coral reefs. While enjoying the natural beauty of the marine life, you will be engaged in activities to help identify key working styles within the team. In the afternoon, your group will be greeted by our facilitator for a team building activity by the beach. This team building game will enhanced on the importance of a team.

Day 3: Reflections (inclusive of Breakfast) After breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to Tioman island. You will head home as a cohesive team, refreshed and recharged, and ready to work together as a team.

Scuba diving is a fascinating activity that serves as a gateway for you to witness the spectacular beauty of the marine world. At the Paya Divers Cove, you can learn how to dive at our on-site pool. Thus, beginners have nothing to fear since the entire experience is safe and enjoyable, at the same time. With the help of our certified and experienced dive instructors, you can begin diving and get the most out of this exciting activity.

Discover Scuba Diving

The Discover Scuba Diving program lets you experience the joy of diving while basking in the calming feeling of being one with the marine life beneath. Just imagine the thrill of feeling weightless as you go underwater and start exploring the beauty all around you!

Basic Requirements

- At least 10 years of age
- Filled out Discover Scuba Diving form and accompanying medical statement
- Possess basic swimming skills

What to Expect

As you begin diving, you are expected to master basic scuba skills and safety techniques. Familiarization with the use of equipment marks the beginning of your lessons, then you can start exploring underwater.

The dive may take about 2 to 3 hours, depending on how long you wish to explore the marine life. So, with your sense of adventure, love for the waters, and a thorough understanding of the activity, you can start your adventure at Discover Scuba Diving. If you wish to take it to the next level, you may sign up for the Padi Open Water course for comprehensive information about diving, plus a license that enables you to dive at any place in the world!
