~ Reservation must be made one day in advance to avoid disappointment
~ Participation in any of our Programs is at the participants own risk and Berjaya Tioman Resort cannot be held liable for any incident/accident causing injury, and/or wrongful death however caused
~ Guests are liable for any damage/breakage to equipment and/or facilities provided
~ Parents/Guardians must sign a disclaimer to allow children less than 18 years to take part in any of the programs
~ In the unlikely event that an emergency situation should arise that requires a Medivac, the cost of the treatment and transport must be borne by the guest and/or booking party
~ The management reserves the right to exclude any person from any of the programs for whatsoever reason
~ All activities are subject to weather, sea & logistical considerations
